Description

Author Biography:

T. C. W. Blanning is Professor of Modern European History at Cambridge, and a Fellow of Sidney Sussex College. His books include Rise and Fall of the French Revolution, 1789-99 (University of Chicago Press, 1996); French Revolution: Class War or Culture Clash? (Macmillan, 1997); French Revolutionary Wars, 1787-1802 (Arnold, 1996); Origins of the French Revolutionary Wars (Longman, 1986).
