Must learn to read carefully as this turned out to be just another cooking book. I thought I was purchasing a book about vegetables, how to grow them and care for them in ones garden. May be good for those who are learning about vegetables and how to cook them.
Some excellent recipes that have turned out to be very tasty and easy to prepare. Excatly what we were looking for!
