THE MOON MEN and THE RED HAWK, parts two and three of THE MOON MAID trilogy by Edgar Rice Burroughs, were first published in Argosy All-Story Weekly pulp magazine as serials during 1925. When the three components of the trilogy were combined in 1926 for hardcover book presentation, parts two and three were edited downward in order to fit into the book in a reasonable page count. A total of over 15,000 words were removed. This work compares, side-by-side, the texts to show what was removed and/or changed.
