Description

'What we need is a tree!' said Bonny. 'I completely agree' said Pop. Bonny and Pop are bursting with ideas. Pop's ideas are big and brave and Bonny's ideas are simple and clever. When they decide to make something that will attract the birds, they come up with ideas for a tree. A brave tree, a clever tree ...a magnificent tree.

Nick Bland is one of Australia's bestselling authors and illustrators. His books, including the hugely popular The Very Cranky Bear, have been published around the world. In 2010 The Wrong Book was named an Honour Book by the CBCA. Nick lives in the Northern Territory. Stephen Michael King has illustrated more than fifteen books for Scholastic. His first picture book, The Man Who Loved Boxes, skyrocketed to popularity, winning the Family Award for Children's Books in 1996.
