the Lone Ranger a christian minister- Carnivorous rabbits- An evil (possibly demon-possessed) outlaw who cuts out people's hearts and eats them- The Hero is portrayed as a kind of earnest do-gooder, at times almost a buffoon… Its difficult to guess the intent of the writers and director, trying to combine almost slap-stick comedy with genuine evil. They've decided to stray far away from the Lone Ranger TV folk hero. I hope other people liked it more than I did – perhaps if you weren't familiar with the original it would be more enjoyable

Johnny Depp what can I say if you have him in a film its got to be good. So good that when it came out in the cinema's I had to see it a second time to satisfy myself. Arrived In Perfect Time and Not a Single milimetre damaged

The whole concept was original while certainly based both on the Lone Langer and “The rhyme of the Ancient Mariner.” Imaginative while suiting any baby boomer worth his/her crust

More action and adventure than I have ever seen. Johnny Depp's acting is out of this world.

This movie delivers everything.

Johnny Depp gives a great portrayal of Tonto, who with the meaning of Tonto's name from the Indian tribe is: servant, but as a Spanish name it means: stupid. However Johnny Depp portrays a great Indian as both a servant to the Lone Ranger and his people. And appears to be stupid when in fact he is very clever. It is the Lone Ranger who is the stupid person and Tonto gets him out of trouble every time. Ingenious playwright of indigenous input, coupled with western society, and a friendship where the Lone Ranger was kept alive by Tonto, and Tonto was kept alive by the friendship of the Lone Ranger. Highly Recommend.

Loved it, there's a bit of everything in this movie.

This movie has it all, action, laughs and sobering moments all intermixed.
