Individual and group operations are examined. So too are various levels of experience and their dangers. Schools of the Soul and Spirit are defined according to the Kabbalistic view. Accounts of mystic techniques and the Path to travel are made accessible as well as how to regard good and bad teachers. Memories of previous lives are touched upon, together with an examination of the way in which certain ceremonies have esoteric content. The book begins with basic theory so that the context of what follows is clear.

Author Biography

Z'ev ben Shimon Halevi is the Hebrew name of Warren Kenton, who was raised in a Sephardic Jewish Levite family in England. For over forty-five years he has studied the Teaching of Kabbalah, visited major Kabbalistic centres in Europe, North Africa and Israel, taught on six continents and written fourteen books on the subject of Kabbalah that have been translated into fourteen languages for such publishers as Penguin, Harper Collins, Thames & Hudson and Weiser. He sees it as his mission to continuously update the Kabbalah tradition. Mr Halevi is the Principal Tutor of the international Kabbalah Society.
