Better to invest than buy a cheap knock off and have it break I say, good sturdy machine with four different blades for thickness of ‘noodles’, simple to use as well. Clean up a little fiddle but that is to be expected, not any worse than cleaning my food processor parts. Fits back on the box as it is already assembled so I can store it in the box in the cupboard and I can have it ready to use in a few seconds.

The Inspiralizer is amazing, makes meals a little different. I enjoy meals with no wheat, so using the Inspiralizer gives me pasta out of vegetables and they taste yummy. Made a meal for friends last night and they enjoyed it. It is easy to use, clean and store.
