This is a BBC production. Those are famous for general viewing. It covers various topics by illustrating what we see in life and what we can encounter, then followed by an explanation of why, how and what to do about it. Omega three appears a fabulous supplement forr all age groups to optimise brain functions, even ward of dementia Especially (for me), the enigma of puberty life decision making, that is often so much breaking away from common society, parents and even their previous selves, is revealing and this insight helps to be patient, may be with a more gradual tolerance of what we were, are and become. I like the shown story and its illustrations.

Enlightening, uplifting and refreshingly innovative, this BBC series takes a pioneering journey through the unexplored galaxy inside our own heads.

Combining cutting edge science with extraordinary experiments, dazzling graphics and inspiring human stories, it shows how personality is formed throughout our lives and how our minds work to win friends and influence people.

By exploring the science behind the workings of the human mind, the programmes reveal what each of us can do to make the most of its remarkable capability – including how to literally ‘think faster’ and even master our most powerful emotions.
