The first book dated in England, the Dictes or Sayengis of the Philosophres (nov. 18, 147 was printed in the same type as the Jason (type No. One page of the Dictes is reproduced in facsimile in Mr. Seymour de Ricci's Census of Caxtons, Biblio graphical Society, 1909.
