No words will ever describe the feelings you will feel by the end of the book. I have no idea how Brandon Sanderson did it, but dear god I hope he never stops writing. The first book was a brilliant novel on its own right, the second felt . . . well a transition really, but the third returns with full force, and the revelations come with gasps that will leave you crying out in awe with a face a lot like this: D; Yes, this is probably the most informal review I've ever written, but my emotions right now are in turmoil. All those things hinted at in the first two books are resolved and explained so . . . insanely. Just . . . AHHHHHH.

The Hero of Ages is a great conclusion to a great series by Brandon Sanderson. The book is full of twists and turns with unexpected revelations around every corner. We see the growth of Vin, Elend and the ever loveable Spook. We see Sazed struggle with his faith and TenSoon struggle with loyalty and the ability to do what is right in the face of censure. Through unexpected developments Brandon Sanderson keeps us guessing and you hang off every word hoping and praying things will turn out the way you want. An enjoyable read, one you won't want to put down!
