While the United States is chasing terrorists around the globe, an evil domestic terrorist, wearing an Armani suit, is building an army of Southern Patriots. A new Third Reich led by Charles Stone, president of Silver Hawk Insurance Company, is keeping the California Attorney General, Sam Collins, off-balance in litigation, hoping to distract him long enough to put his plan into place. When Sam Collins teams up with his college sweetheart, FBI Special Agent Tiffany Glass, the larger conspiracy is discovered and it becomes a race against time to stop Charles Stone.
