Cognose Solvere, SM(MIT), MBA(Law)founder of CtS Cognoscere tenus Solvere. The mission is to provide solutions for Post Industrialization Era. He achieves "Cognize before Happening, Solving at Motivation Forces." His works were implemented as laws, directions, policies, projects in China, Singapore. He publishes alternately between Philosophy and Technologies. His fifth book was poems "Wings of Light." It was sent to world leaders by Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad. It is displayed by Habib Hassan Alatas at the Secretariat, Inter Religions Organization. More than 50 persons from more than 9 nations performed "Wings" in English, Chinese and Spanish at the Old Parliamentary Chamber of Singapore. National Library of Singapore created new classifications, "Cognose Philosophy," "Solvere Philosophy" after receiving his work from Mr S R Nathan, the 6th President of Singapore.
