Author Biography:

Eric Williams attended the University of California, Irvine where he studied Political Science, Economics and Management. In college Eric served as the Vice President of Administrative Affairs in the Associated Students of UC Irvine. During his time in student government Eric helped establish UC Irvine's first free legal clinic and a mentorship program aimed at boosting commuter student involvement on campus. He also served as a leader in the California Public Interest Research Group where he organized many media events and student mobilization campaigns.
