Roz was elected to the British Franchise Association Board of Directors in 2016. She has obtained her Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) qualification, and is a strong advocate of ethical franchising and franchise best practice. Roz can regularly be seen speaking at national franchise industry exhibitions and events.
