Excellent cook book, with recipes for nearly every vegetable or fruit. Really simple recipes to follow for quick and easy meals, sauces or just vegetable side dishes. Easy ideas for soups, seafood, main meals etc. I grow all my own vegetables, and I was looking for a cookbook that would give me ideas on how to cook the 3 rows of beetroot that I have grown (yes, I know, more than anyone needs!) and have now got beetroot relish and sweet and sour beetroot bottled in the cupboard (stuff I would never think of doing). This cookbook is now the first one I reach for whenever I am in need of a cookbook!
