It's been five years since I closed the book on a monumental chapter of my life – an epochal tale of swords and sorcery and dragons. So many dragons! When the Skyrim Special Edition was announced, it was a no-brainer that I should fall heavily again. Some may call it double-dipping, however despite all of the expansion packs arriving to form one expanded experience, it doesn't feel like starting over. It feels like starting anew. Because Skyrim Special Edition looks and plays as good as a legacy title should. But the legacy belongs to Me… Because, once again, I'm tailoring the adventures to fit within my purview of this fantasy world. I may be the Dragonborn, but I'll decide when to speak with the Greybeards or when to take counsel with a companion or when to decide the actionable fate of a city dweller. Because Skyrim Special Edition makes YOU – the player – feel special by being invested in the outcome, no matter how minute or far-reaching. And of course the experience itself is bolstered by the size and scope of your character development – a constellation of skills that is out of this world! I'm glad I've returned home to Skyrim – it feels like coming home but at the same time it feels more warm and welcoming than I ever expected thanks to the remastering effort. As for calling it a day, well that's one point on the horizon that I can't foresee. Bethesda is love, Bethesda is life!

Amazing Game and now even better with improved graphics.
I figured this would get boring really fast after thrashing the original version to death. However, after playing ESO with its rather plain graphics, I found myself being immersed in a great looking world, wandering about for 100+ hours on this version already. Such a huge world that looks great to explore with the DLC ready to go & I haven't even tried any mods yet. 5 years on from its original release and it is still in my top 5 games of all time. Roll on the ES VI…
Love this so much!
Worth it for the amount of gameplay in skyrim and the add ons and mods
Love this game, everything about it is fantastic!

The game rocks. I've never walked so much in a game and enjoyed it in my life.
Skyrim Remastered for Xbox One is good. Its not ‘Amazingly great’ just good. The graphics have improved alot and it definitly looks and feels different when playing which is what I enjoyed because as like most Elder Scrolls fans, I thrashed the 2011 original version of Skyrim. Other wise thats about it. No new quests added in execept for all the normal expansion packs that were fully released on the original. The mods are cool and definitly fun to try but not over the top amazing. I would give this an 8.5 as it is just like the original but with a more immersive enviroment and mods. Still good but thats it really. Not worth $100 but $60 Or less yes. (warning, activating mods will disable achievments, but easy to work out how to turn them on and off when playing)
The game is everything I expected, really enjoy playing, good graphics, like that you can do multiple quests.
Great in HD and love having it brought out on xbox one. Would recommend to any gamers.
