The Day of the Lord deals with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and what occurs on that specific day. The book also explores the tribulation period and the millennium. It attempts to give a comprehensive study of these events and includes not only most of the book of Revelation, but also most other New Testament and Old Testament passages involving the Day of the Lord. The hope is that the reader will have a thorough knowledge of these prophetic events upon completion of this book. This book is not meant to be a popularized version of prophecy, but a serious study of prophetic scripture pertaining to the Day of the Parousia. Therefore it assumes that the reader will make use of the Bible while exploring these issues. The author takes a unique, if somewhat controversial viewpoint, to this subject with the goal of challenging the reader to study the Scripture and think for him or herself.
