Author Biography:

Ricky W. Griffin is professor of management, holds the Blocker Chair in Business, and currently serves as the executive associate dean in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He served the Academy of Management as both Organizational Behavior Division Chair and Research Methods Program Chair. Anne M. O'Leary-Kelly is an associate professor in the department of management at the University of Arkansas, and she is a member of the executive committee of the organizational behavior division of the Academy of Management.
