A enjoyable view,well worth a look
Michael Redgrave gives a magnificent performance as Barnes Wallis, a brilliant British inventor.
This action was a once-only action. It could never be repeated and never has been.
Actions like this have provided us with the life style that we, and the free world, enjoy today.
While the movie is now quite old and the special effects look a little dated after more modern films, the film details a facinating story of how one man conceived and developed a bomb capable of destroying a large portion of Nazi German'y electrical generation in the Ruhr valley.
Good viewing and well worth adding to your DVD library.
