Description

It's been twenty years since the end of the Cylon war. The twelve human colony worlds are rebuilding and they are now nowhere to be found. The robotic race that tried to obliterate its creators has gone to parts unknown in deep space and scavengers like Tom Zarek are following them, scouring the outer settlements for valuable Cylon technologies and usually returning empty-handed...until he and the crew of the cruiser Lightning find the Omega Station, a secret scientific station beyond the edge of charted space. This is it, the big score: except something is wrong...the base is still occupied by Cylons! Battlestar Galactica, one of the oldest warships in the fleet, receives the Lightning's cryptic distress call 'Cylons!', and William Adama, newly promoted to second-in-command, is worried. Most of his crew are green, new recruits not prepared for anything but the most routine missions. And as Adama soon discovers, this mission is anything but routine. Not only is Omega full of Cylons, it also harbours something much more disturbing...

Author Biography

Craig sold his first short story in 1977 and began writing full-time in 1987. While most of his early novels are humorous fantasy, the majority of his short stories have been sold to original horror anthologies such as Shadows, Midnight, Doom City and other cheerful names. His novelisation of Batman spent around 13 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list, changing his name on book covers to "New York Times Best-selling Author Craig Shaw Gardner" forever more. His last few books have wandered over into the epic fantasy realm; the last three have been written under the pseudonym Peter Garrison, which will show up right next to Craig Shaw Gardner on the bookshelves. Previous titles all OP: Batman; Cineverse Cycle Omnibus; Other Sinbad; Revenge Of The Fluffy Bunnies; Back To The Future III; Disagreement With Death; Night In Netherhells; Excess Of Enchantments; Difficulty With Dwarves; Multitude Of Monsters; Malady Of Magicks
