Roberto Valeriani is an art historian who teaches the history of interior design at the Facolta di Architettura di Valle Giulia in Rome. His articles on antiques have been widely published in Italy. Mario Ciampi's photographs have been published in many design and architecture magazines. He contributed the photographs to Tuscany Artists Gardens and Tuscany Artists Homes, the latter of which Thames & Hudson is publishing this autumn.
