The Big Hit
Melvin Smiley (Mark Wahlberg, Ted, Three Kings) is a skilled hit man in need of a change of fortune. With an unsuspecting fiance (Christina Applegate, Bad Moms) and mother-in-law on his back, somethings got to give.
Determined to get more out of his job, Melvin and his team of assassins – Cisco (Lou Diamond Phillips, Young Guns) and Vince (Antonio Sabato Jr., Shark Hunter) kidnap the daughter of an electronics mogul. But when the guys find out the victim is the goddaughter of the gang's ruthless crime boss everything hits the fan in a major way, with guns blaring, bullets flying and everyone ducking for cover.
A stylish action comedy from executive producer John Woo (Face/Off, Mission Impossible II), The Big Hit takes aim at the genre and fires off a steady round of high concept entertainment.
