I went from a size sixteen to a size four. This book contains a brief description of my weight loss since January 31, 2008, how I felt before I lost weight, how I felt after losing the weight, and my journey to a healthier way of eating. To date I have lost sixty-five pounds, which is the goal I set for myself. This book also contains many healthy recipes; a few of the recipes I made can be used in combination with many different meals. These meals are low in calories and are also very healthy and nutritious. I am also sharing diet ideas to use with these recipes to help people obtain a healthier lifestyle.
