Description

Technology Transfer promotes moving technology out of labs and into practical as well as valuable applications. It describes a successful method and a model that applies equally well to commercializing technology as to acquiring it, or to diversifying companies. It presents a structured introduction into the movement of technology into use, leading readers through discovering applications for technology, identifying commercialization partners, valuation of technology, structuring and negotiating deals, and supporting implementation of the deal to realize anticipated revenues.
