Author Biography

Nigel Gann trained as a teacher and worked in community schools to headteacher level. He has been governor at both primary and secondary schools. He is now an independent consultant working with school governors, headteachers and local authorities. He is author of Improving School Governance, also published by Falmer Press, and described by the National Association of Governors and Managers as a a must for your bookshelf.
