Asia is graying rapidly: its share of senior population aged 65 and over will double from 9.2% in 2020, to 18% in 2050. Some countries will experience a drastic reduction of its working-age population (ages 15-64), as well as aging of the current workforce. This report explores the role and potential of technology in addressing economic and labor market opportunities and challenges posed by aging.
