This book is about healing and empowering at the core. When bad things happen in our lives it can seem quite tragic at the time. But the reality is we have options in how we choose to react. My journey towards self-acceptance offered more than just a benefit for me. I learned that I could help others realize the power they had too, in overcoming the negatives that life sometimes presents. I realize now that I was always guided to do something more. My mission and passion then blossomed into teaching others how to take back their power as I did. Growth is the goal.When I realized my ability and resilience, my focus became on creating a lifestyle that I could benefit from. T.H.E.T.A. EXPERIERENCES is what came out of my experience with pain. It involves Tarot, Healing, Energy, Tones, and Ascension. It is a method that I have found to be helpful in my journey. The reality is chaos will come, but being at peace amongst the chaos takes focus. It is what I have had to learn to do, and hopefully by reading my book, you will ascend and expand to be at peace, as everything is but frequency.
