Author Biography:

Jennifer Fisher discovered that she had a severe gluten allergy in 2008, so she turned her kitchen into a food lab and created gluten-free versions of all her favourite recipes. Although gluten-free was certainly essential, her ultimate objective was to create goodies that tasted as good or better than the originals. Surprise! It's Gluten-Free! is the culmination of her culinary efforts and expertise, a book she literally cooked up in her kitchen. Jennifer is based in the US.
