A basic plot filled primarily with many fight scenes between a large number of DC heroes and villians. It was probably all they could do with the extremely short running time of 67 minutes…not really enough time to develop a more deep and meaningful story. That said, the relationship and comedic banter between Superman and Batman was terrific through-out. Visually and stylistically pretty good too and the extras are worth a watch. Just slightly lacking in substance and depth. Definitely one for the fans but perhaps not the best DC Universe feature in a series that has had some excellent features in recent times.
