Author Biography
Nick Spencer broke into the comic-book industry with Existence 2.0, published by Image in July 2009 and slated for adaptation into a feature fi lm by Paramount Pictures. He has since worked on a sequel, Existence 3.0, and the series Morning Glories for Image, as well as T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents for DC. For Marvel, he has written Secret Avengers and Iron Man 2.0, and is one of the writers working on the relaunch of the Ultimate Comics line.
Steve Lieber graduated from the Joe Kubert School and quickly made his mark on the comics scene, penciling a lengthy run on DC s Hawkman and frequently contributing to the Big Book Of series. He is best known for illustrating Oni Press Whiteout and Whiteout: Melt miniseries, the latter of which won an Eisner Award. After penciling several issues of Detective Comics and co-authoring The Complete Idiot s Guide to Creating a Graphic Novel, Lieber brought his stark style to Marvel s Civil War: Front Line and the Thunderbolts: Desperate Measures one-shot. He subsequently illustrated Image Comics Underground.
