Author Biography

Daniel Singer is a Professor of Finance at Towson University and has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado. He is the author of numerous books and articles in finance and management in journals such as Financial Planning, Derivatives Risk Management Service, and Journal of Human Values. Dr. Singer is President of the American Institute for Professional Development, which offers management training on the Internet, and is a principal in Pagewatch.com, a consulting organization for financial service institutions on the Internet. Douglas Ross is a Professor of Management at Towson University and has a Ph.D. in Business Policy and Economics from the University of Colorado. He has published extensively in professional business publications such as Business Horizons and the American Business Review. Dr. Ross served as senior economist for the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress; and senior research associate at The Conference Board. He is a principal in Pagewatch.com. Albert Avery is an Associate Professor of Finance and Associate Dean of the College of Business at Towson University. He has worked extensively in systems development and systems architecture and has published in the areas of both finance and management science. Dr. Avery is the President of Conference Management Consultants and a principal in Pagewatch.com.
