Author Biography:

Consultants- Dr Diane McIntosh is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She also has a busy private practice and presents continuing medical education programmes nationally and internationally. Dr Jonathan Horowitz is a clinical psychologist with over 13 years' experience. Having studied at the University of Texas and the University of California, he is now Director of the San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center where he works with clients experiencing both short- and long-term stress.
