Description

To date, most of us have been navigating through life as if with a blindfold over our eyes. We've allowed a variety of situations, circumstances and other people to have too much influence over our natural flow, even to the point of bringing us to a standstill. "Step Into the Flow" invites you to tap into your natural flow and experience the sparkling adventures that await you. You can experience: life is a game to be played; creativity, ideas and inspiration are ever present; acceptance and trust form the bedrock; your abilities become a curiosity to explore; relationships are more open to discovery; and you discover and experience the vastness that is you! "Step Into The Flow" is both different and practical in its approach that explores the reasons why our natural flows have come to a standstill and how to get yourself moving again with a lightness and curiosity in all that you do. It offers practical exercises and proven techniques that are guaranteed to get your natural flow moving again. It goes a step further in suggesting ways in which you can expand your self-awareness for your own shift in consciousness.

Author Biography

Annie Mortensen began working with these interesting Exercises, and has found them resulting in sometimes astonishing outcomes. She has shared her experiences with others who have used some of these exercises who had similar 'results'. Ultimately, she realised, the process though is more important than the outcome. For these reasons, she was inspired to write a book which includes some of the most consistently helpful exercises, and which she herself and others have used to improve business, personal relationships, and her own personal development.
