Borderline perfection, I have tried many of the top of the line gaming headsets for console and pc over the years and this is the first that does it all with ease, sure there are others can that can do both pc and Xbox but you need to switch the cable over between them, this unit hooks up to the Xbox and pc at the same time and switching between them is a simple as selecting what input you want, so easy. As for comfort I have a large head and I have no issues with these at all, in saying that if you have large ears these cups may not be for you as they are on the smaller side and may touch them, they are made using that fake leather material which feels nice but can get warm, I haven’t had issues with sweating yet but it is winter, we shall see how it goes when it gets warmer, the headset creates a good seal around your ears which helps with isolation, they are a closed back unit which keeps the noise leakage to a minimum. The ANC (active noise cancellation) is nothing to right home about but it is noticeable and it’s nice to be able to switch between ANC and transparency mode if you want to be able to hear your surroundings,. The adjustable mic level is a godsend for console gaming, this is the first I have had where I am able to fine tune the sensitivity on the unit so the mic level is perfect for people I am chatting to, another big tick my book. The convenience of having 2 batteries is something I have wanted for a long time, this is the first set of headphones I have had that has this feature where you charge a battery in the base unit while using the other at the same time, steel series have this feature for other units it’s a bonus that you didn’t know you needed. The sound quality is amazing, there is so much customisation for eq settings and profiles, my only gripe is the Bluetooth, I haven’t played around to much with it but hooking it up to an iPhone and using Spotify it seems to “overdrive” them a bit to much which distorts the sound and max volume, all I do is reduce the volume and it solves that issue so it’s not a game breaker, they are plenty loud enough and using them at max volume isn’t recommended anyway. All in all I would have to say they are the best headset I have used to date, yes they are expensive but you pay for what you get, zero regrets here and I can confidently say I can recommend these to all
