Society as we know it has collapsed, and a colony of survivors are forging themselves life from the ashes. 'New Hope' is a town in which tires are turned into fuel and despair is turned into opportunity - until one dreadful day when the United Regime, an armada of bandit soldiers led by General J.W. Quantrell (Brion James) ride in from the desert and take 'New Hope' by force. They kill any man that won't join their fleet, and force the women into slavery. All is lost until a lone wanderer ambles into town. He is called Yuma (Joe Lara), and the only thing faster than his wit is his draw. With his intentions a mystery, he joins the Regime as his hidden agenda gradually unfolds. Yuma begins turning the tables on both the villains and the victims, and, in the end, the oldest desire in the world wins out - profit.
