For 1/144 scale this is a remarkable kit. Highly detailed, with strong, articulated legs. It even has cockpit detail. You'll need to leave the helmet unglued, to slide off, if you want to see it though.

No glue required and more detailed than scale models of real things. Another excellent good value Bandai kit to add to my collection. Apart from the usual cleaning the sprue joins with a sharp knife these Bandai models go together easily and really well. Fit is perfect. Bandai have designed it carefully and avoided any visible ejection marks. Options included for different hydraulic ram positions and you can even pose the model in the fully collapsed mode just as in the movie.

There’s several versions of this kit (model, type & scale ) from other manufacturers available ( past & present ) at the moment . However this version by Bandai is not only a joy to build , but is by far the most detailed and screen accurate in my honest opinion of any kit , at any scale ! Fingers crossed that they ( Bandai ) eventually decide to produce a 1/72 scaled version of this gorgeous vehicle too .
