Author Biography

Karl Ove Knausgaard (Author) Karl Ove Knausgaard's first novel, Out of the World, was the first ever debut novel to win the Norwegian Critics Prize and his second, A Time to Every Purpose Under Heaven, was widely acclaimed. A Death in the Family, the first of the My Struggle cycle of novels, was awarded the prestigious Brage Prize. The My Struggle cycle has been heralded as a masterpiece all over the world. Anna Bjerger (Illustrator) Anna Bjerger was born in 1973 and she is a Swedish artist who lives and works outside AElmhult in Smaland, Sweden. She was educated at Central St. Martins and the Royal College of Art in London and has exhibited regularly in Sweden and internationally since the beginning of the 2000s. Her works are included in the collections of Moderna Museet, Stockholm, Sweden; Louisiana, Humlebaek, Denmark; and Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
