A great game then, still a great game now, and will be great for years to come. Hours worth of fun.

This game is quite good, it has some fun elements but can also be a tad boring at times.

This game kept my sanity during the school holidays my 9 year was addicted to it. He has found it really easier to use and he doesn't get bored. A great game.

I got addicted to Spore when a flatmate had it and couldn't resist getting my own copy a couple of years later. It's still great to me, I enjoy tweaking my creature creations to be more effective in the game, and I love how much you can personalise it. It takes a while to play parts and can kill a lot of time before you realise it. This would appeal to people who like SIMs etc. Do be wary if you look for updates. We recently came across an update for Spore (at auckageddon but not mighty ape stall) which was almost bought for me. On closer reading, I recognised most of the enhancements as articles already available in this version of the game!
