Spec Ops: The Line reviews

Put simply, you wont be disappointed by this game. It's a great setting and an excellent narrative with varied endings driven by the player, after finishing the story first time around I started a new game right away which is an indication of a truly oustanding game in my opinion.

The gameplay is solid and has enough variation to keep the player engaged and interested and the creeping sand that has swallowed up Dubai is like a separate major character in the story, it gives it a truly unique feel.

At this price (or any price) I would recommend SpecOps: The Line, even if 3rd person or military themed shooters are not your cup of tea, the storytelling is superb.

Buy it, play it, love it, get the sequel (hope there is one)

Played and loved it. Now it has a great story line but the multiplayer part is just like most games thought but it's still a great gme

Not a bad shooter at all, good storyline, nice solid all round game!

Bought the game after reading the reviews, was impressed with the graphics and the gameplay, really enjoyed the squad command feature, but did find that sometimes my squadmates went off to find additional targets getting themselves killed.

Having been to Dubai myself I couldn't believe how detailed the environment was and being able to use your surroundings to gain the tactical advantage was great.

All that being said you could also go in all guns blazing and still have fun or just take it slow and go tactical.

All in all a great game.

Recommend this game to all, we really enjoyed it

Should definitely buy this if it's on sale and the game itself is fun to play.
