It's glitter to apply on top of nail polish, just to confirm for those who are only reading ‘Glitter Nail Polish’. It's quite fine and looks great on my child's nails, but be aware that there is nothing to aid in its application and you have to either pour straight from the bottle carefully or put some in a container of some sort and apply with a brush. Other than that, my daughter is quite happy with it.
