Not only does it have a rechargeable batteries, but it has a really good selection of scenes and settings when used with the app. Like that it can sync with music. It even has a feature to get your breathing under control with breathing light setting. We got this to be used as a night light but it is so much more.
I used a different app but it was easy to set up suprisingly even on mesh wifi, however it states RGB and “Choose from 16 million colour options to set the scene” however my one refuses to go any shade of blue, violet, purple some pinks etc
