Loved this Game all those years ago on my c 64 computer . This was just as much fun some times these old games are so much better as they have good game play its not all about the graphics.

Keeps u busy for a few weeks
From the old Amiga, C64 days Pirates was ahead of its time then. Today for the older established gamers this is a blast from the past and is still a great game for it's age. Well worth a nostalgia buy especially if you have kids, show them a bit of history that that can enjoy!
This game is amazing! It effectively incorporates many different styles of game play to create a game that is truly brilliant. You get the chance to sail the seas and create a name for your self by defeating pirates and amassing amazing fleets. The depth is brilliant as there are many little side missions available that keeps you going for ages.
I bought this game because I used to play the original when I was kid. It brought back a lot of memories. I loved the original and this reminded me of the endless hours I spent playing this game. It's nice being able to play it in 3D as opposed to the originals 2D!
A fun, fast paced game where you can do anything a pirate would. Raid towns, board ships,woo the governors daughters or go exploring for pirate treasures. Just make sure to keep your crew happy or you may find yourself in trouble. The cinematics when you win a duel make for entertaining fights.
Very enjoyable fun entertainment. A great fun break from my more intese thinking games. I will be popping back to it many times.
I enjoyed Civ so thought I'd give this a go, and I love it. It's got great character, lots of funny moments and moves along quickly. I can see myself returning to this game quite a lot, between all my other games!
Sid Meier's Pirates is a great game to relax and sail around the map or if your feeling like you want to destroy other ships just because you can then go ahead. There are some epic battles with enemy captains and other side quests to go on.
