She is a contributor to a number of magazines including Real Health and Beauty and has taken part in many programmes on national radio and TV. She is the author of several books, including Successful Interviewing in a Week (Hodder & Stoughton, 1999). She lives in Newport Pagnell, near Milton Keynes.
