Description

This book offers a new perspective on coping with the perceived disorder and chaos of today's ever-changing workplace. By outlining a series of actions, through four major principals of change, SHIFT constitutes a "different approach" for leaders who must manage the human side of change. It offers simple steps to help leaders slow down, notice how they contribute to the work environment, and then move forward in a more meaningful, effective and personally rewarding manner.
