I've only plyed this one once, but love at first sight. The Details of the boards (yes there are multiple for all the places around the legend), the pieces, etc are pretty good. The little miniatures are as detailed as the Warhammer and other collectable miniatures. So you can add some painting to your set of knigths and assets to push the style to your liking. The game itself is among the : all (but one) for all type. You have to beat the game itself. To incorporate some learning curve, the first play is suggested to be held withouth the presence of the traitor among the players. Our team of six, consisted seasoned players, one of us even had a previous session with this one, and newbies. After the first two rounds everyone picked up the mechanics ,the basic rules and rushed to defend the legendary castle. It tells a lot about the experince, that after we have finished and packed away, we were still debating on what should have been done differently, and what are the main focus areas. (Regardless the fact that we have managed to win… This time) Overall it was a worthwhile purchase, it is a good game for those who would like to try something different, and sneak into the realm of the cooperative board games.
