Great gameplay, fun puzzles and quests as well as an engaging, albeit fairly basic main narrative that keeps you entertained long enough not to ask too many questions of the plot holes. The narrative does seem to borrow quite heavily from other games within the action adventure genre, one obvious one being the uncharted series, and it doesn't go into too much depth in regards to Lara's past, which was a bit disappointing as the previous game dove into that and set up the player for some possible interactions to her past with “Shadow”. It is not as good as the second game in the new tomb raider trilogy, but it suffices to bring some really great experiences to the table.
