Author Biography
John Abernethy was born in Shetland and today resides in Edinburgh. He has worked for most of his life in bookselling, publishing and tourism. He has previously written on Scottish history, as well as books for children, collaborated with renowned singer and actress, Barbara Dickson, and recently appeared on Mastermind.
