This cute holder came with a roll of Scotch clear tear-by-hand tape. The holder is weighted down by sand-like material inside, so it does make a sound when you shake it. It doesn't sit completely flat on surface, so it does rock as described which makes using it with one hand is a bit tricky. However a cute item to brighten your office.
