We wanted to create a pre-workout that helped all of this. EWP includes ingredients to improve focus, enhance mood, increase energy, and maximize output. We did not want to overdo this product or cram too much into it, ultimately leave you with an under-dosed smorgasbord of ingredients. We’ve dosed EWP with scientifically backed ingredients at their proper and effective dosages to achieve the feeling we hoped to accomplish. This product can stand alone as a pre-workout powerhouse or be combined with our STW PUMP FORMULA* for maximal results.

Ingredients
Beta-O (Beta Alanine Orotate): Beta alanine serves as a lactic acid buffer while orotic acid boosts carnosine levels, a potent combo that is great for boosting overall carnosine levels allowing for greater stamina while training. Time has proven Beta Alanine to be a great addition to any pre-workout, but by adding Orotic Acid (forming Beta-O) we were able to extend the duration of its effects and create something uniquely effective.
COP (Creatinol-O-Phosphate): COP assists the muscles, including the brain and the heart, to work even after the blood supply has been compromised when the body is in a high lactic acid state due to exercise. By assisting the body to function in a lower pH environment, COP has been suggested to keep the muscle sarcolemma (membrane) from breaking down while simultaneously allowing nerve impulses to continue contractions for longer—ultimately helping you to push harder for longer during your training session.
EWP BLEND:
Theobromine: Theobromine is the most potent and concentrated cacao bean extract possible. Theobromine is a bitter alkaloid of the cacao plant and is the “feel good” ingredient in chocolate. Theobromine is derived from “Theobroma”, the name of the genus of the cacao tree, which is itself made up of the Greek words “theo” (god) and “brosi” (food), meaning “food of the gods”.
Synephrine HCL: Synephrine is included to support energy and metabolism.
Cymbidium Goeringii): Cymbidium Goeringii is an herb that is extensively used in traditional medicine in China Nepal and Northern India. It is primarily regarded as a general tonic and “adaptogen” increasing energy levels helping the body adapt to stress and enhancing work capacity.
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Agmatine Sulfate: Agmatine sulfate is a nitrous oxide promoter that assists in blood flow while supporting a positive mood, insulin sensitivity, and performance. Through properly dosed Agmatine at 1g, you will experience enhanced blood flow providing long lasting pumps.
Caffeine Anhydrous: Caffeine anhydrous is a central nervous stimulant causing rapid increases in energy and alertness.
Taurine: Benefits of Taurine include increases in physical endurance, mental concentration, alertness, and overall sense of well-being.
Betaine Anhydrous: Betaine has been shown in studies to improve muscle strength and power. It has also been shown to increase markers for protein synthesis.
Beta Vulgaris L: Beta Vulgaris' (beet extract) main benefits are increasing blood flow allowing for better pumps and delivery of nutrients. Through this, Beta Vulgaris' will improve endurance and energy.
