Author Biography
Louis Nowra is a critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning writer of plays, film and TV scripts, non-fiction, memoir and fiction. In 2009, his novel Ice was shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Literary Award and he also won an Honourable Mention in the Manning Clark House National Cultural Awards. He was born in Melbourne and lives in Sydney with his wife, Mandy Sayer, also a writer, and their Chihuahua, Coco, and Miniature Pinscher, Basil.
